Plyometric Jumps

Coaching Points:
The player starts
by standing in a
semi-squat position
with their feet shoulder width apart. Using a big
arm swing and counter-movement of the legs, jump
forward over the mini hurdle. Repeat the action for
5 hurdles.
There should be minimal contact with the ground on
landing.
Progression:
Increase the distance to jump or use single leg

Entire Team or small groups.
Players alternate performing exercise
