Combined Crescent Kicks                    



The next exercise in the sequence is to combine a variety of crescent kicks to place greater demands in terms of flexibility and work rate.

By exaggerating the distance between the arms, the assisting player, if desired, can place greater demands on the working player. The exercise is made more game like, requiring not only flexibility, but increased agility and the ability to react to the movements of the assisting player.

  • Use a combination of inside and outside crescent kicks.
  • Increase movement of partner to make more game like.
  • Partners change roles every 10 seconds.
