ISOLATION TRAINING
Physical/Mental Release Drill                 
 

  1. Stand with your left foot forwards, this foot can pivot, spin, turn, but cannot be lifted off of the floor. Either to the beat of the music, or the coach clapping in time, the player moves in as many different directions, as he can imagine (spinning, twisting, bending, stopovers).

    Each player works to his/her own limits, and within these limits, tries to extend their capabilities. X 1 minute X 3 reps (1 minutes rest in between each set.

    Each player works to his/her own limits, and within these limits, tries to extend their capabilities. X 1 minute X 3 reps (1 minutes rest in between each set.
