Team Building                                           



Perhaps the most important task of any coach or manager is to fashion the players available into a cohesive unit. The following rhythmic exercises are designed to develop team cohesion and rhythm. Initially, working in pairs the practice is steadily developed to take account of increasing numbers. No one is excluded and the success of the exercise relies on the performance of each individual involved. The rhythm and timing has to be harmonized in order to ensure success.

Sample Exercises:

Both players face each other. In Synch, perform four leg cross over's while tapping partners hands, turn and repeat.
