4 Way Exchange
Sprints

This
is a great running drill that can be used at all
levels.
Command sprints.
On the coaches command, the one player from each
corner.
1.Sprints to the opposite corner.
2.Sprints to the centre and out to the next place
left.
3.Sprints to the centre and out to the next cone
right.
4.Sprints to the centre spins and sprints backwards
diagonally.
These are just a few of the possibilities, this
drill is only as limited as your imagination.
