Collective Movement

This is a great passing and awareness
drill and can be used at all levels.
1. Pass to any player and immediately sprint to an
empty cone.
2. Pass to another player and all of the team must
sprint to an empty cone.
3. Sprint with the ball to an empty cone, pass to
any player, then sprint to another empty cone.
4. Sprint with the ball to an empty cone, pass to
another player, then all of the team must sprint to
an empty cone.
5. Pass to another player then all of the team have
to sprint backwards to an empty cone.
This drill can be adapted on half a pitch or if you
want to make it more of a conditioning drill then
work on the full pitch, alternatively if you want to
make it more of a speed/reaction drill, it can be
done in the penalty area or whatever space you want.
